Measure around the fullest curve of the bust, ensuring the tape remains level and softly placed.

Measure from shoulder edge to shoulder edge across the back, without pulling.

Encircle the upper waistline just beneath the bust — where a high-rise silhouette rests.

Measure at the narrowest part of the torso, allowing the tape to sit naturally.

Measure approximately 7–10 cm below the natural waist, where low-rise garments fall.

Measure around the fullest point of the hips, maintaining a straight horizontal line.

Encircle the upper thigh at its fullest contour.

Measure from the high waistline vertically to the floor, posture aligned and relaxed.
