These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the understandings between you and Lilith when you visit our website, browse our collections, or place an order. Think of them as the ground rules that help us create a thoughtful, fair, and joyful shopping experience for everyone.

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms apply to all visitors and customers of Lilith. If you do not agree with any part of them, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our site. We may update these Terms from time to time, and changes take effect once posted here.

2. Who Can Shop With Us
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. By using our site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your Account
When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please tell us right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.

4. Our Products, Pricing & Availability
Every Lilith piece is crafted with intention. Our products are offered subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or restrict sales by region. All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

We do our best to represent colors and details accurately, though screens can vary slightly from the real thing.

5. Orders & Payments
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy, which we accept once we confirm and dispatch your items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order  for example, if there's a pricing error, a suspected fraud concern, or an issue with availability. If we cancel and you've already paid, we'll issue a full refund.

We accept payment via bKash, Nagad, debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Bangladesh. You agree to provide current, accurate billing and payment information.

6. Custom & Made-to-Measure Pieces
Some of our pieces are made specifically for you. Because these are crafted to your exact measurements, they take a little longer (7–10 business days after order confirmation) and are final sale they cannot be returned or exchanged. We're here to help you get your measurements right, so please don't hesitate to ask.

7. Shipping & Delivery
We work with trusted couriers to deliver your order safely. Delivery times and costs vary by location (Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days | Outside Dhaka: 4–5 business days). For full details, please see our Shipping & Returns Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered.

8. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. Our return and exchange window is 4 days from delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

9. Intellectual Property
Everything you see on this site  our designs, text, photographs, logos, and the Lilith name  is the property of Lilith or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our written consent. Please respect the creativity and care behind each piece.

10. Acceptable Use
We ask that you use our site kindly and lawfully. You agree not to:

Use our site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload our site or its security features.
Copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse our content.
Collect other users' information.
11. Content You Share With Us
If you send us feedback, ideas, photos, or testimonials, we're genuinely grateful  and you give us permission to use, share, and feature that content (crediting you where appropriate) across our site and marketing.

13. Accuracy of Information
We strive for accuracy, but occasional errors can happen. If we spot a mistake in pricing or product information even after you've placed an order we reserve the right to correct it and, where necessary, cancel the affected order with a full refund.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." While we pour care into everything we do, we can't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free in every case.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lilith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Lilith harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our site or violation of these Terms.

17. Force Majeure
We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control — such as natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or government actions.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. We'll always try to resolve any concern amicably first please reach out and give us the chance to make things right. If we can't, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

19. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.

20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our other policies, form the complete agreement between you and Lilith.
